Rental policy
1. Car rental
The car rental payment is made directly at the time of delivery. The client or a second driver must have a credit card to support the rental. Upon arrival in the United States, an advisor from Celebration rent a car that you have previously contacted, will be waiting at the immigration exit to help you with your bags and guide you to the car that will be a few steps away so that you avoid lines and there are no mishaps.
2. Requirements for the delivery of the car
To receive the car, you must have your valid driver's license and credit card at hand, remember that this will serve as support for the payment of tolls, fines or deductible in case you have chosen basic insurance, this in case there was an incident during your stay. Keep in mind that our company, thinking of you and your comfort, does not require a guarantee deposit, does not freeze money or a limit on your card, however, the client agrees that the card will have a sufficient limit at the time of having to make an extra payment, since in case of being rejected the first time you will have to pay a penalty of 25 additional dollars, and if you are rejected a second time, it will be understood as fraud, due to the fact of leaving as a backup a means of payment that in the end it is not. The car is delivered full of gasoline and must also be returned so as not to incur fines. If the car has a lack in the fuel tank, that lack will be charged at $9 usd per gallon. Cars are not allowed to leave the state of Florida.
3. Minimum age
The minimum age for a driver is 21 years old, a differential surcharge applies for drivers between 21 and 24 years old.
4. Sunpass (toll or tolls)
Unless the unlimited sunpass service has been included, the value of the reservation does not include any toll or parking cost that is acquired through sunpass. As it is not included in the reservation, the corresponding consumption must be paid to the advisor who receives the car at the end of the rental, keep in mind that the company charges a single administrative fee of $5.00 usd plus your consumption. The customer is not allowed to use their own portable sunpass.
5. Insurance
All vehicles in the state of Florida must circulate with some type of insurance, select the option that best suits you, but it will be impossible for us to deliver a vehicle without insurance.
- Full insurance: there is no deductible for a collision, but a police report must always be submitted so that the insurance can respond. None of our insurance covers tires, loss of the key or that due to carelessness of the client the battery is discharged.
6. Night surcharge
If the time of delivery or return is between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am, a night surcharge of $25.00 dollars will be charged, this value applies separately, that is, delivery and return are different. .
7. Miles available
Our rent includes the unlimited use of miles.
8. Cancellations
Celebration rent a car is a private company at the service of the community based on honesty but above all on respect, the company needs a prudent time to confirm the reservation and this is done via whatsapp, as well as request the necessary documents to guarantee the care of our cars, (a valid driver's license, which is valid, and that is from a person over 21 years of age, the citizenship passport as long as the country applies, and that the client or the person requesting the service has a valid credit card in your name and with sufficient space); therefore celebration rent a car may at any time and with notice to email or via whatsapp cancel any reservation that does not guarantee the above requirements. Celebration rent a car can cancel any reservation if the client does not send the documents on time, or ignores the request.
